There comes a time when a person gets an incendiary light bulb moment and decides they are not going to take the traditional path, but flip the script on the way art is sold. When you find someone who is just crazy enough to think they can change the way the world works, they are usually the ones who do so.
Enter “The Gallery at 14 days” Art Business collaboration.
This is exactly what happened when Brien and Katrina Hockman, Grant Vreeland, a Zillow 5 Star Premier Real Estate Agent, and Jordan Vreeland, the owner/proprietor of 14 Days To Close, collaborated on a new gallery business venture. 14 Days to Close provides financing to residential homeowners, doing so at cash-like speed. While the Company is not comprised of commercial artists or art sellers, they recognize the importance of art and its culture in our community and hold a special desire to place art of local showcased artists into the hands of their clients.
Here is the model and how it works. Upon closing and when the budget allows, 14 Days to Close will offer the buyer the opportunity to select a piece of fine art on exhibit in their space as house warming gift for the buyer. The sale of the piece will be paid to the artist and facilitated by Katrina and Brien’s DBA My Flying Onion. The motivation of the business model is to create a work environment of creative energy greatness.
Now, take all of the above and combine it with a traditional gallery space in historic Ybor city located in Tampa, Florida and that, my friends, is a recipe for changing the way art is sold.
We invite the public to come join us at an “Evening Of The Arts At 14 Days Gallery” on February 26th starting at 7:00 pm .
