I’ve decided moving forward not to put a title on my art…or a description for that matter. I really don’t see the point. Every time I get into conversations with people about my art (primarily at Art Fairs) I always make the point of asking them what they see…what images or thoughts does it provoke…and their answers never fail to amaze me. For one thing they are seldom alike…some are really “whacky” and the answer is almost never what I saw or thought when I was creating it. That’s, actually, really cool…and to love a piece of art you have to have a connection…and it should be your own connection…not mine. So no more titles or descriptions…just a simple code to say when it was created.
