After your payment is received, your original painting will be shipped within 48 business hours. Tracking and insurance are included for all items.
If you have a preference as to shipping method, please let me know and I will be happy to accommodate it. In the case of loss or damage, you will receive a full refund and an insurance claim will be filed on my end.
International buyers: Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to find out what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Refunds will be credited when the item is received back in its original condition.
In order to receive your refund, you must contact me prior to sending a return item; both for approval and for me to provide you with the proper return mailing address.
Refunds are made on returns of paintings (minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee) within 7 days.
In case of loss or damage, you will receive a full refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end. Please do not throw out any packaging materials as I will need this along with photos of the damage as evidence for the insurance claim.

Because of their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
