Shipping policy
After your payment is received, your purchased item will be shipped within 48 business hours.
In the case of custom orders, shipping time will be arranged
Tracking of shipment and insurance is included for all items
For preferences on shipping methods, you can contact me and I will be happy to accommodate it.
In case of loss or damage of the items during shipping, the customer will receive a full refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end.
For international buyers: please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are your responsibility, therefore please check with the country's customs office to find out what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Refund policy
Refunds will be credited when the item is received back in its original condition. In order to receive your refund, please contact me prior to sending the item back, so that I can provide you with a proper mailing address and approval of the refund. Refunds are made on returns of paintings and sculptures (minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee) within 7 business days. For custom items, you must contact me before returning the item for a refund (not all custom items will be applicable for a refund) In case of loss or damage, the customer will receive a full refund and an insurance claim will be filed on my end. Please do not throw out any packaging materials as I will need this, along with photos of the damage as evidence.Cancellation policy
I accept returns and cancellations To return an item:- contact me within 3 days of delivery
- send items back within 7 days of delivery
- request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
- after the item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
