Shipping policy

Free Worldwide Shipping! Shipping from the Netherlands. I will make sure the artwork is carefully wrapped and packed to prevent any damages. Paintings will be shipped between 3 - 10 business days after receiving payment. If you have a preference as to shipping method, let me know and I will be happy to accommodate it. When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification  which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (if available). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact me with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
International buyers please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to find out what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Refund policy

In the event that your order gets lost or arrives damaged in any way, the customer will receive a full refund. In case of damage please contact me as soon as possible with a photo of the item’s condition (including a photo of the packaging) for insurance purposes. I will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Cancellation policy

I don’t accept exchanges or returns. Contact me if you have any problems with your order. After shipping, cancellation is not possible.
