Shipping policy
Upon receipt of payment, your original painting will be shipped within 48 business hours and delivered to you within 5 days. Delivery of paintings is carried out by the DHL delivery service free of charge. This postal service is not cheap, but reliable. Shipping costs are included in the price of the painting. Parcels with paintings larger than 120x90 cm are delivered disassembled in a plastic tube and must be delivered to the framing shop to be prepared for hanging. A signed certificate of authenticity will be included with your purchase if you wish to have one. International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These costs are your responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to find out what these additional costs will be prior to buying. In order to avoid high customs duties, I can indicate in the export documents a significantly lower or symbolic value of the goods; it does not violate the law and regulations of the sale. This is agreed with the buyer separately and all delivery issues are discussed. Please contact me.
Refund policy
I do not accept the return of paintings sold due to the fact that when I return, I must pay a fee and excise tax for receiving the parcel returned to me according to the laws of my country.
Cancellation policy
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase. I don’t accept exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
