Shipping policy

  • I will aim to have all orders of Artwork packaged and dispatched within four working days of receiving orders.
  • Artworks are sent either by courier or for smaller items Royal Mail. Every package is sent tracked and will require a signature on receipt. UK items typically are shipped with a 48hour service. International items usually arrive within 7days.  You will be notified when you package has been dispatched and informed of the tracking number.
  • Some countries impose import taxes on items coming from the UK so if you are a buyer from outside the UK you need to be aware of this, import duties are payable by the buyer,
  • If you require an urgent delivery, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate although in some cases this may incur an additional charge which you will be notified of.

Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • I hope you will be pleased with any purchases of my artwork. However, if you do have any issues with your order then please contact me as soon as possible, I will always do my best to resolve any problems.
  • If you would like to return an item for a refund, please let me know of your return request and the reason for this within 7 calendar days from the day after the item is received
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (the item must be tracked and insured) and for returning the item undamaged in its original condition so wherever possible please reuse existing packaging. When the painting the item has been returned undamaged a full refund will be issued.
 

Cancellation policy

  • Should you wish to cancel your order, you should do immediately as I often ship orders out in 24hrs. If the order has been shipped, then you will be liable for return shipping charges as outlined below.
