Shipping policy
Postage is free of charge. Paintings are shipped via the most reasonable courier service available depending on the size and overall weight, and may be delivered by RM, Parcel Monkey, or others. All paintings are sent tracked and signed for. Please provide an address where you will be able to sign for the delivery. Your painting will be wrapped in cellophane and bubble wrap to protect it from environmental damage, and shipped in a custom fit cardboard box. I create reinforced cardboard boxes with plenty of padding to protect canvases – please remember you should not use a knife to open boxes! Paintings on paper may be sent rolled with protective acid-free tissue paper. A lot of my work is on acid-free mountboard, which is sent flat in reinforced boxes custom fit to size. Refund policy
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order if you are unhappy. Return shipping is payable.
Cancellation policy
Please contact me within 3 working days to cancel your order. Orders may be shipped any time after 3 working days, so cancellation must be made prior to shipping to avoid incurring return shipping fees. Return shipping is payable.
