Shipping Policy

ORIGINALS: After payment is received, your original painting will be shipped within 10 business days (unless working on a custom piece in which shipping time will be arranged). If you have a preference as to shipping method, let me know and I will be happy to accommodate it. In the case of loss or damage, the customer will receive a full refund. GICLEE PRINTS: Limited Edition Prints- Ship within 10 business days of payment received. International buyers please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to find out what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be credited when the item is received back in its original condition. In order to receive your refund, you must contact me prior to sending a return item- both for approval and for me to provide you with the proper return mailing address. Refunds are made on returns of paintings, prints, and made-to-order items (minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee) within 7 business days once the return is received by me. In case of loss or damage, the customer will receive a full refund. Please do not throw out any packaging materials as I will need this along with photos of the damage as evidence.

I don’t accept returns and exchanges But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
