Shipping policy

Delivery of paintings is provided by the EMC delivery service. free. Parcels with paintings larger than 120 * 90cm are delivered disassembled together with wooden modules for stretching the canvas in a plastic tube, and will need to be taken to a framer to be made ready to hang. A signed certificate of authenticity will be included in your purchase if you want to have one.Made to order items: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of made to order items. International buyers please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to find out what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Refund policy

Refunds will be credited when the item is received back in its original condition. In order to receive your refund, you must contact me prior to sending a return item- both for approval and for me to provide you with the proper return mailing address. Refunds are made on returns of paintings, prints, and made-to-order items (minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee) within 7 days. In case of loss or damage, the customer will receive a full refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end. Please do not throw out any packaging materials as I will need this along with photos of the damage as evidence.

Cancellation policy

I gladly accept returns and cancellations. Contact me within: 3 days of delivery Send items back within: 7 days of delivery Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase. I don’t accept exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders Digital downloads.
