shipping & refund policies

Shipping policy

After payment is received, your original painting will be shipped within 5 business days. Tracking and insurance are included for all items. All paintings will be shipped unstretched unless the buyer specifies that the canvas remain stretched on a frame (additional shipping costs will apply for stretched paintings on a frame.) If you have a preference as to shipping method, let me know and I will be happy to accommodate it. In the case of loss or damage, the customer will receive a full refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end. International buyers please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to find out what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Refund policy

Refunds will be credited when the item is received back in its original condition. In order to receive your refund, you must contact me prior to sending a return item- both for approval and for me to provide you with the proper return mailing address. Refunds are made on returns of paintings, prints, and made-to-order items (minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee) within 7 days. In case of loss or damage, the customer will receive a full refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end. Please do not throw out any packaging materials as I will need this along with photos of the damage as evidence.

Cancellation policy

I gladly accept returns and cancellations Contact me within: 3 days of delivery Send items back within: 7 days of delivery Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase I don’t accept exchanges But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
