After payment is received, your original painting will be shipped within 48 business hours (unless working on a custom piece in which shipping time will be arranged). Tracking and insurance are included for all items.
If you have a preference as to shipping method, let me know and I will be happy to accommodate it. In the case of loss or damage, the customer will receive a full refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end.
Refunds will be credited when the item is received back in its original condition.
In order to receive your refund, you must contact me prior to sending a return item - both for approval and for me to provide you with the proper return mailing address.
Refunds are made on returns of paintings, prints, and made-to-order items (minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee) within 7 days.
In case of loss or damage, the customer will receive a full refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end. Please do not throw out any packaging materials as I will need this along with photos of the damage as evidence.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
- Send items back within: 7 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Returns and exchange details
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After the item has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
