Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY After payment is received, your art will be shipped within 3 business days (unless working on a custom piece in which shipping time will be arranged). Tracking and insurance are included for all items. In the case of loss or damage, the customer will receive a full refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end. MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery of made to order items depending on collector's specifications. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to find out what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Please contact me with any shipping questions. Thank You!

Refund policy

REFUND POLICY Refunds will be credited when the item is received back in its original condition. In order to receive your refund, you must contact me prior to sending a return item- both for approval and for me to provide you with the proper return mailing address. Refunds are made on returns of paintings, prints, and made-to-order items (minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee) within 7 days. In case of loss or damage, the customer will receive a full refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end. Please do not throw out any packaging materials as I will need this along with photos of the damage as evidence.

Cancellation policy

I gladly accept returns and cancellations. A request for cancellation of order must be within 24 hours of purchase. To Return:Please contact me within 3 days of delivery, and send item back within 7 days of delivery. I don’t accept exchanges. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
